After suffering through a second straight three-win season, the Tennessee Titans are embarking on a critical offseason in the franchise’s lifecycle. Winning a mere 12 games over the last three seasons, it has been a droning, draining, miserable stretch for the organization and its fans alike.

However, only one-year after their arrivals, it appears that general manager Mike Borgonzi and his first-overall pick quarterback Cam Ward have pulled the team from the depths and into view of a light at the end of the tunnel.

In spite of how hopeless it may have seemed at times, the Titans leave the season with more reasons to be hopeful than apathetic. Despite feeling overwhelmingly negative, the film of the 2025 season shows a nuanced spread of positive, some potentially worrying, and some negative developments.
