With a despondent 2025 season mercifully in the rearview mirror, the Tennessee Titans now embark on a franchise-altering offseason. In a year where rookie quarterback Cam Ward gave the front office reason to believe he can be the organization’s franchise quarterback, Tennessee must look to surround him with the most resources possible.

After firing former head coach Brian Callahan after Week Six of the 2025 season, the Titans journey into the offseason with the fourth overall pick in the NFL draft, over $100 million in projected cap space, and an all-important head coaching vacancy.

So, at the starting line of such a vital offseason, I assume the role of second-year general manager Mike Borgonzi in a full 2026 offseason simulation. In this exercise, I will go through every facet of an NFL offseason, and make the (realistic) decisions that I see fit for the Titans based off of an unhealthy number of hours of film study.
