Initial impressions of the Titans' 2024 draft class have been trending in a very positive direction. JC Latham and T’Vondre Sweat are set to be Day One starters and have drawn good reviews in training camp. Jarvis Brownlee, Jha’Quan Jackson, and Jaylen Harrell all look like locks to make the roster, something that isn’t always a given, especially for sixth and seventh-round picks like Jackson and Harrell.
 
The lone exception at the moment is fourth-rounder Cedric Gray, who continues to battle a shoulder injury that has derailed his first training camp to this point.

However, James Williams, the Titans' other seventh-round pick, taken 10 picks ahead of Harrell, might be the most exciting of all the late-rounders so far. A safety in college, the 6-4, 231-pound Williams is making the switch to linebacker this offseason and very much still learning to play his new position, but the flashes are undeniable through two preseason games.
