The youth movement on the Titans offense is fully underway at this point in the season. On Sunday against the Panthers, Tennessee saw three rookies play every snap of the game on offense as sixth-round tackle Jaelyn Duncan joined fellow 2023 NFL Draft classmates Peter Skoronski and Will Levis among the starters for Mike Vrabel.

In fact, there were several snaps that saw the Titans line up with five rookies on the field together with running back Tyjae Spears and tight end Josh Whyle coming off the bench to join the three starters. That’s not something that often happens at the NFL level, but that’s a good indicator of how much the remainder of 2023 has turned into an evaluation exercise for the coaching staff and front office to determine how many of these young players can be counted on to help in 2024 and beyond.
