First-ballot thinking will be at play in Hall of Fame results

Is it more important to get Calvin Johnson into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first chance than it is to get Clay Matthews in on his last chance?

I know the vast majority of you will quickly lean to the Johnson side of that question.
