NASHVILLE, Tenn. – What’s up with Harold Landry?

High on the list of Titans' needs for 2025 is an edge rusher. As things started this season, most of us imagined it would be a top-flight draft pick to go opposite Landry. It increasingly feels like such a pick may be to replace Landry, who’s due a $17.5 million base salary in 2025 with no guarantees. It’s the cheaper Arden Key who’s been more consistently disruptive to opposing passers.

“I think there have been some ups and downs; obviously the goal is to have consistent good play,” Landry said. “I know I am putting my all into it, so I know every time I take the practice field I am just looking to improve and want to be able to go out there and play at a consistent level.”

The senior-most member of the team, Landry is as quiet as anyone in the locker room and works hard as hard as anyone in there too.

He leads the team with seven sacks, but they are independent moments that don’t’ signal an overall pass-rush presence for a team with the fourth-worst pressure percentage in the league (17.8).
