In Titans' scouting, Ran Carthon sticking with Jon Robinson's people

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Team construction and roster building were the main issues cited by Amy Adams Strunk when she fired Jon Robinson on Dec. 6, 2022.
His replacement, Ran Carthon is now through the heart of one free agency period and one draft and has reached the point in the NFL calendar when front offices and personnel departments are shuffled.
And like his predecessor, Carthon has left the scouting department basically intact.
