NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Mike Borgonzi’s first draft is in the books and he did a very good job of addressing needs, finding value, and maneuvering the draft with trades. These are my grades for each pick, along with the two undrafted free agents whom I see as most likely to make the roster.

1 – QB Cam Ward: B
My rank: 12

Tennessee starts with the most obvious pick of the draft, selecting Cam Ward first overall. I would have taken the trade offer from New York, but this was the second-best option. Ward’s ability to throw with timing from the pocket will make him a better fit for Brian Callahan’s offense than Will Levis. However, he still needs to improve his deep accuracy and eliminate reckless decisions. He seems to have the makeup and intangibles to lead an NFL locker room.
