NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Through four games, Jurrell Casey has been a consistent disruptor on the Titans’ defensive line, fighting through and around blockers to 13 quarterback pressures, three sacks, two forced fumbles and 22 tackles.

It’s been a massive effort from a player who’s not as massive, at 6-foot-1, 305 pounds, as middlemen in a lot of Dean Pees defensive lines.
