NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- After missing the better part of four games with a hip injury, Titans outside linebacker Bud Dupree made his return and keyed Tennessee’s dominant defensive showing that overpowered the Colts and ushered out the very brief Matt Ryan era in Indianapolis.

Indy’s quarterback was pressured 19 times on Sunday, tied for most among all NFL passers in Week Seven, with Dupree racking up seven total pressures, including a sack and a quarterback hit according to PFF’s charting.

Dupree has often been under fire during his time in Tennessee due to the expectations that come attached to an $82.5-million contract combined with an inability to stay on the field. In 2021, it was a difficult return from the ACL injury that ended his time with the Steelers. This year it’s been the hip issue.
