Mike Herndon: What a trade up to No. 3 would look like for the Titans

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- It’s officially draft month and there is a rumor floating from NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah that the Titans have been exploring the possibility of moving up to the third overall pick for a quarterback.
