Mike Herndon: What does Treylon Burks breakout game mean for the Titans' ceiling?

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Ten games into the 2022 season, Treylon Burks finally looked like the receiver that Jon Robinson certainly hoped he would be when he made the controversial decision to trade away A.J. Brown and select Burks with the 18th overall pick of the draft. Treylon Burks Catch

His seven-catch, 111-yard showing was bookended by two explosive plays, one for 43 yards and one for 51, and it’s those explosive plays in the passing game that could change the outlook for this Titans team in 2022.

Tennessee had entered Green Bay with just 21 pass plays resulting in gains of at least 20 yards on the season, fourth fewest in the NFL over the first 10 weeks of the season. However, they netted five such plays in Green Bay, with two coming through their highly drafted rookie.
