INDIANAPOLIS -- In the NFL Players Association's third annual player survey, the Titans made great gains in two categories where they scored horribly a year ago.
Still, they ranked 16th overall 12 months after they were 18th, as many teams made gains.
In treatment of families, the team moved from a D+ to a B+. They hired Ansley Moore as director of player and family affairs in March of 2024.
The Titans provide daycare during home games, but they are still one of 10 teams that do not provide a family room. They simply have no room for one in the current stadium, but have big plans in the new stadium.
A year ago, the Titans received an F in travel, and that grade shot up to an A-.
Eighty-seven percent of players said they had comfortable personal space on team flights. Brian Callahan put as many players as he could in first-class seats, prioritizing big guys and veterans. A year ago, the only flight on which players got the more spacious seats was their trip to London.
