Scout's take: For most of Jets' game, Marcus Mariota couldn't get feet set, step into throws

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Wide-ranging scouting notes from the Titans' win over the Jets... 

The win was by any means necessary.  A win is a win.

The Titans converted one third down all game and that was on the final TD pass to Corey Davis.

Even with the special teams' breakdowns and Marcus Mariota’s interception for a TD, the Titans’ still had the resolve to win the game.
