The running back position is in good hands: Even without Derrick Henry the team in the first two weeks has found a running game with rookie Tyjae Spears and second-year player Julius Chestnut. Willis was also effective running the ball.

Spears gives this team a speed element that is lacking at the receiver position. His versatility and ability to give Henry a rest will also pay dividends to the team later in the year.

In the past couple of seasons, the Titans had to ride Henry deep into the later parts of the regular season to have a chance at a playoff run. This season Spears will be a part of that run and will help keep Henry fresh.
