NASHVILLE, Tenn. – After last week’s debacle against the Jaguars, the Titans' coaching staff must find a way to have a successful and winning game plan. I would start by utilizing their best offensive players, Tony Pollard, Calvin Ridley, and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.
The kids’ gloves need to come off this week and force players like Will Levis and JC Latham to show their worth to the team. Let Levis push the ball downfield and force Latham to win in pass protection on an island at left tackle.

Nicholas Petit-Frere is not capable of surviving on an island, so he must have help. But Latham is a first-rounder and must show that his value to the team is the long-term answer at that critical position. If he can’t do that, the Titans will have to move him to the right side and find another left tackle for the future.
Latham has struggled the past five games, and it doesn’t get any easier this week against edge pass rushers Sam
