NASHVILLE, Tenn. – By drawing their trip to Buffalo in Week 2, the Titans got one “break” many teams prefer in schedule formulation.

They avoided a trip to a cold-weather city with an outdoor venue later in the season when the temperature, wind and potential precipitation could be more of a factor.

No, the Titans aren’t scared of Highmark Stadium in December or January. But given a choice, I think they’d take it when they got it on September 19.
