It’s been 199 days since Ryan Tannehill took a knee on third-and-12 at Nissan Stadium to seal a 28-20 Titans win over the Jaguars, eliminating Jacksonville from playoff contention and raising Tennessee’s record to 6-11.

First division win this season, which ends 6-11. Big game for Derrick Henry (19-153 TD) in what could be his last w team. Nice win for Ryan Tannehill in what will be his last game w team. pic.twitter.com/LtC4HJSniw

A lot has happened in those 199 days. Mike Vrabel and his coaching staff were fired and replaced by Brian Callahan. The Titans reconfigured the roles of Chad Brinker and Ran Carthon while also reshuffling the personnel department significantly for the first time since Carthon arrived in Nashville.
The team said goodbye to franchise legend Henry – and Tannehill too – while adding high-profile veteran players like Calvin Ridley, L’Jarius Sneed, Lloyd Cushenberry, Tyler Boyd, and Tony Pollard. They drafted JC Latham and T’Vondre Sweat, adding over 700 pounds of beef to the trenches in two picks. Oh, and they broke ground on a brand new, state-of-the-art stadium.
