NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Brian Callahan has worked through a lot of bad football and his Titans are showing improvement. It got a breakthrough win Sunday in Houston.

At 3-8, the team is a super long shot for a long win streak, but with softer defenses and four more divisional games ahead, it can make meaningful progress.

I think the first-year coach has had a pretty good handle on his team and has maintained a good buy-in from his players.

But he's got one huge disconnect.
