LOS ANGELES -- A year after Mike Vrabel supplemented his defensive staff with an extra coach to serve as a resource for his defensive coordinator, he’s going a bit further on the offensive side of the ball.
While Vrabel never said much about the role of senior defensive assistant Jim Schwartz, Shane Bowen said Schwartz was an “invaluable resource” to him.

Now Vrabel is bringing in Tim Kelly on the offensive side, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. Per Chase McCabe of 102.5 The Game, he will be “senior offensive assistant/ passing game coordinator.”
That’s obviously a more precise and substantial title than Schwartz's.
