Titans' 2020 draft class produced only one player, and excuse for it is weak
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Jon Robinson had a superb 2019 draft.
Jeffery Simmons is a game-disrupting defensive tackle. A.J. Brown is a premier wide receiver who was worth so much after three seasons the Titans decided they had to deal him. Third-rounder Nate Davis is a quality right guard. Fourth-rounder Amani Hooker is a very good safety. Sixth-rounder David Long is a good coverage linebacker.
Darrynton Evans
Only fifth-rounder D’Andre Walker, hurt as a rookie, cut before his second season, busted.
That is a haul of a class.
The follow-up didn’t come close.
