NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Giants are a below-average NFL team with Jameis Winston at QB, but it wasn’t the Giants on Sunday that kept the Titans from winning.

The Titans can’t find the formula it takes to win games.

Cam Ward had a very good second half, finally figuring out how to utilize the offensive playmakers he has. Ward consistently threw safe and gained positive yards with passes to Wan‘Dale Robinson, Carnell Tate, Tony Pollard and his tight ends.

The Titans offensive line did an outstanding job keeping the pass rush off Ward and giving his receivers time to separate. The route concepts allowed Ward to take checkdowns and short-to-intermediate throws to his most reliable targets, particularly Robinson and Tate.
