Titans expecting they've lost Ty Sambrailo

BALTIMORE -- The Titans need to replace Taylor Lewan's replacement.

The team is expecting that left tackle Ty Sambrailo, who replaced Lewan after he tore his ACL Oct. 18 against Houston, is out long-term, most likely for the remainder of the season.TitansLogoGlass

They won in Baltimore but lost Jayon Brown (elbow) and Sambrailo, whose injury was never announced after he limped off.

David Quessenberry replaced Sambraillo when he left the game midway through the fourth quarter.

The Titans could stick with Quessenberry as their third left tackle of the season.

Wilson was active as the Titans as teams are required to have eight offensive linemen on their game-day 48 and he was the only remaining option.

He could ultimately be inserted at right tackle with Dennis Kelly flipping the left tackle where he has played in the past.

Sambrailo was a free-agent addition in the offseason from Atlanta and has also played in Denver.

The Titans have two tackles on their practice squad: Paul Adams and Brandon Kemp.
