NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Titans are not only the worst teams in the NFL this season, but rank as one of the worst in the last five years. The lack of talent, lack of coaching and lack of competent decisions at the top of the organizational chart has made this mess.

The Titans were the worst team in 2024, but this team is far worse and less talented. 

The 3-14 Jaguars in 2021, the 3-14 Bears in 2022 the 2-15 Panthers in 2023 all now show signs of success and quality talent.

Do the Titans look feel like a team that will be winning two years from now like the 7-6 Panthers? Or in three years like the 9-3 Bears?  Or even four years like the 8-4 Jaguars?  This offseason for the Titans is critical for the future success of the organization.
