NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A team that had very little positivity for most of this season, the Titans were competitive on defense, played with energy and showed life Sunday against the Chargers in a 27-20 loss.

This team actually continues to fight, battle and compete. It’s just shorthanded with the lack of talent on both sides of the ball.

The most glaring difference was the newfound Titans' pass rush, which sacked Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert six times, minus their star defensive tackle Jeffrey Simmons.

I like Dennard Wilson’s new approach with pressure packages and extra blitzers. Four different defenders were in on the six sacks.

If the offense can make some changes, it would give this team a chance to be more
