If you missed Part 1 of this two-part series, which includes my thoughts on Cam Ward as well as my favorite prospects from the offensive side of the ball, be sure to go check that out here. This piece, however, will focus on defense, where the Titans have plenty of needs heading into the draft.

Edge rusher is easily the most glaring and immediate need, but the Titans remain paper-thin at defensive line, inside linebacker, cornerback, and safety.

It would not be a surprise to see the Titans spend much of their later-round draft capital on this side of the ball as they try to restock the cupboards for second-year defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson. With that, let’s get into the guys that I like more than most for the Titans at each position on the defense.
