But in the two years since, minor contributions from draft picks in their first years have become the norm for the Titans. Newcomers have been slow-played, with no outward sense of urgency, even in spots where the Titans clearly needed help right away.

Now the Titans need support at receiver, on the offensive line and at tight end. And some immediate impact sure would be nice.
Will they find players in the draft who can help them on opening day and during this season, like with that 2019 class? Or will they wind up willing to see their picks develop as long-term pieces as has been much more the case the last two seasons?
